I am the face behind the lens at Occasio Photography. Based in Sunderland, I have spent the last few years capturing life’s most important moments across Newcastle, Durham, and the wider North East.

Whether it is the nervous excitement of a wedding morning, the joy of a family portrait, or the energy of a live event, my approach is always the same: relaxed, natural, and completely focused on telling your unique story.

I know that stepping in front of a camera can feel daunting. That is why my main goal is to make your experience as comfortable and fun as possible. I blend into the background to catch those candid, unscripted moments, resulting in emotive images you will cherish forever.

When I don't have a camera in my hand, you can usually find me hunting for the perfect Sunday roast at a local pub, or trying to dodge the unpredictable British rain in an independent coffee shop.
